Campaign printing in Texas

Campaign print for Texas races

Our production network runs a plant in Arlington, between Dallas and Fort Worth, so Texas orders ship from inside the state: postcards, flyers and brochures print within 2 business days of artwork approval and reach most Texas addresses in another 1 to 2 by ground.

Printed close to you

Postcards, flyers and brochures print at the Arlington plant and ship the day they print. One business day of ground transit covers Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin and Houston, and two cover the rest of the state. Yard signs, door hangers, palm cards and the larger pieces take 4 to 6 business days to produce at the nearest plant in our network, plus 1 to 3 days in transit. EDDM mailers are bundled, documented and delivered to USPS for you.

  • Texas requires a political advertising disclosure ("Political advertising paid for by ...") on most printed campaign material (Election Code 255.001); the Texas Ethics Commission publishes the guide, and we check legibility on the proof.
  • Early in-person voting begins the 17th day before Election Day and ends the 4th day before, so pieces should land before it opens.
  • Voter lists come from county election offices or the Secretary of State, which sells the statewide file. We take either one for voter list mail.
