Campaign printing in Florida

Campaign print for Florida races

We work out of Palm Beach County and print most campaign pieces in South Florida, so Florida orders arrive fast: postcards, flyers and brochures print within 2 business days of artwork approval and reach any Florida address in another 1 to 2 by ground.

Printed close to you

Postcards, flyers and brochures print at our production partner in Miami Gardens and ship the day they print. One business day of ground transit covers South Florida and two cover the rest of the state. Yard signs, door hangers, palm cards and the larger pieces take 4 to 6 business days to produce at the nearest plant in our network, plus 1 to 3 days in transit. EDDM mailers are bundled, documented and delivered to USPS for you.

  • Florida mails vote-by-mail ballots 33 to 40 days before Election Day (Fla. Stat. 101.62), so the first mailer should land before the ballots do.
  • Early voting begins no later than the 10th day before an election and may start on the 15th (Fla. Stat. 101.657); the order-by table below counts back from your county's start date.
  • Every political advertisement needs a "paid for by" disclaimer (Fla. Stat. 106.143). The Division of Elections publishes the exact wording for candidates, committees and independent spenders; we check that yours is legible on the proof.
  • Voter lists: the Division of Elections sells the statewide voter file, and county Supervisors of Elections provide county lists. We take either one for voter list mail.

Order deadlines by election

Find your election, then order by the date in the column you need. "Order by" means the order is placed with print-ready artwork and the proof is approved the same day. The first date gets your pieces out before early voting starts; the last-chance date is the latest that still lands three days before Election Day.

Adds a row for your own date using the same math. Early voting is assumed to start 10 days before Election Day; if your county starts earlier, plan for the earlier date. Your date stays in this browser only.

1 Florida mails ballots 33–40 days before Election Day, so many voters vote before late mail arrives. Earlier is better. (Fla. Stat. 101.62)

How we figure these: postcards, flyers and brochures print within 2 business days of artwork approval and everything else takes 4–6 business days, plus 1–3 days of ground shipping for signs and handouts, or USPS delivery (3–10 days after the mail drop, and up to 7 business days of list processing first) for mail. Order-by dates use the slower end of each range, and weekends and federal holidays are skipped.

Dates come from local election offices and can change. Runoffs and special elections may not be listed. Confirm with your elections office.
